Publishing Your Legacy/ Destiny Writings

As you complete each piece of writing for your legacy destiny scrapbook, you must post your final writing piece (after going through the Writer's Workshop checklist) on your blog, as well as mounting it artistically on a page of your Legacy/Destiny scrapbook. In the end, your writing will be published in book form as well as on your blog (or on a web page of your own creation, if you'd prefer -- if you do choose to create your own web page or flash scrapbook, please e-mail me your web address so that your page will be linked to our class blog from your name). Publish your writing with pride! Make sure it is polished and you feel that it is your best work before publishing it online or in your Legacy/Destiny Scrapbook. We are all looking forward to reading your writing!

My Dream

For the next month and a half you will be living the next twenty years of your life. Your first post on your Legacy/Destiny blog will be a future write that will explore the next 20 years of your life. The future write should include, but is not limited to:
- your high school years
- your college years
- your struggling-to-make-it years (also known as the early career years)
- finding success and fulfillment in your career
- your 30's: the future is now!

also, consider these questions:
1. What is your favorite memory from the last 20 years?
2. Are you married? Do you have a family?
3. What career path did you choose? How did you travel that path?
4. How are you going to make the world a better place? What positive impact have you already had on the world over the last 20 years?
